Welcome to Cannabis Supply Co. (“Cannabis Supply Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, cannabissupplyco.ca (the “Site”), and any orders placed for in-store pickup at our locations in Brantford, Hamilton, and St. Catharines, Ontario. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Age Restriction

You must be at least 19 years of age (the legal age of majority for cannabis in Ontario) to access this Site, browse our products, or place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 19 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at any time, including at the time of in-store pickup, and to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proof of age.

2. Licensed Retailer

Cannabis Supply Co. is a licensed recreational cannabis retailer operating under authorization from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and in accordance with the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018 and the Cannabis Act (Canada). Each of our locations operates under its own Cannabis Retail Store Authorization (CRSA) issued by the AGCO. CRSA numbers for each location are available in-store and on the applicable location page of this Site.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site to: violate any applicable federal, provincial, or municipal law or regulation; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on the Site are accurate and current. However, product availability, pricing, and THC/CBD content may vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Product availability and final pricing are confirmed at the time of order and pickup. Cannabis products are subject to strict quality and testing standards set by Health Canada; however, effects may vary between individuals.

5. Online Ordering and In-Store Pickup

Orders placed through the Site are for in-store pickup only at the location selected at checkout. All orders are subject to age verification and identification checks at the time of pickup. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where there is a suspected violation of these Terms, an inventory discrepancy, or a failure to verify age or identity.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected in-store at the time of pickup unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for pricing errors on the Site, and we reserve the right to correct any such errors and, where necessary, cancel affected orders.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Due to the regulated nature of cannabis products, all sales are final once a product has left our store, except where required by law or where a product is defective. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cannabis Supply Co. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including brand and producer websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cannabis Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased from us. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
