Is there a minimum age to access medical cannabis?
We provide telemedicine clinics to Canadian residents 19 years of age and older. If you are younger than 19, please contact us to learn more about your eligibility for medical cannabis.
Do I have to be a resident of Ontario to use your clinic?
We are now serving all residents of Canada with our telemedicine clinics. We still have in-person clinics available at all of our locations, but now offer the ability for patients to attend telemedicine appointments remotely with their own compatible computer or tablet in the comfort of their own home or office. What is the cost?
Initial fee is $200. A three-month checkup is $100. Annual renewals are $200.

Do you offer compassionate pricing?
Yes, we do! We offer compassionate pricing for Veterans and people on ODSP – read more here. Please contact any of the locations to book an appointment with our compassionate pricing program. If you are not a Veteran or on ODSP, contact one of the store managers and we will work with you to help you access medical cannabis.
We also offer ODSP coverage for vaporizers. Contact any location to learn more and to order your vaporizer covered by ODSP.
Most of our LP’s offer compassionate pricing as well. Contact any of our locations to learn more about compassionate pricing for your medication and to register with an LP who offers compassionate pricing.
If I don’t have a medical cannabis license, can I still come to your store?
Absolutely! We are always open to the public. Even if all you have is a question about medical cannabis, our doors are always open.
Where do I get a medical cannabis license? How do I get medical cannabis?
You can receive a prescription from your primary care physician, or through our telemedicine clinic. With your prescription, you can order medical cannabis from a licensed producer online. Click here to learn more about this process and book your appointment.
How long does a prescription last?
The initial prescription is for up to three (3) months. After three months, you are required to schedule another telemedicine appointment for review with doctor. Prescriptions thereafter will last for a maximum of one year.
Are you a dispensary?
Not at this time. We are currently a retailer of medical cannabis accessories and a telemedicine clinic. We are currently working through a legal process with Health Canada to become a licensed medical cannabis dispensary to provide a one-stop-shop experience.

Is medical cannabis legal in Canada?
Yes, if you have a valid prescription and have purchased your cannabis through a licensed producer with your prescription, then you are 100% legal. Read more on the Health Canada website here.
What are some symptoms and conditions that medical cannabis can be used to treat?
There are numerous symptoms and conditions that medical cannabis can treat, but some of the more well known symptoms/conditions include: chronic pain, multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, fibromyalgia, glaucoma, arthritis and anxiety/depression.
What is cannabinoid?
Cannabinoid is any of a group of closely related compounds that include cannabinol and the active constituents of cannabis.
Will I get "high" if I use cannabis?
Not necessarily. THC is the active ingredient in cannabis that gives people the feeling of being “high” but there are many other medically useful cannabinoids! CBD is the other most studied cannabinoid but when consumed, it does not make people feel “high” so you can have the medical benefits of cannabis without feeling “stoned”.
